FaroMia never uses additives, artificial flavors, or preservatives. Because we are completely natural, the oil separation is completely normal.

YES. FaroMia is completely vegan. 

YES. FaroMia is completely gluten free.

Our two savory flavors, Sicilian Spice and Truffle Herb, are keto friendly and low carb. The two sweet flavors, Dark Chocolate and Maple Vanilla, are lightly and naturally sweetened with dates - although they aren’t keto, they are paleo, low sugar, & a very healthy alternative to a sweet treat.

Our almond dips are 100% shelf stable, so we recommend storing them in a dark and dry place, like a pantry or cupboard. We do not recommend storing FaroMia in the fridge, as the product will begin to solidify due to the healthy fats like olive, avocado, and coconut oil. Not to worry, if you do choose to store your FaroMia in the fridge, they will return to their natural state after sitting out at room temperature.

After opening, we recommend consuming within 2 weeks. Prior to opening, our almond dips are good for up to a year.

Oil separation is completely normal and natural and occurs because we do not add emulsifiers to keep the nuts, oils, and herbs together. Simply stir thoroughly, being sure to re-incorporate the herbs at the bottom of the container. Do not drain the oil, or you will have an extremely dense dip. If you are especially bothered by the separation, store the container upside down so the oil separates at the bottom.
